AC-IT charges

At the beginning of each month, we bill you for the month’s subscription and the previous month’s consumption.

  • 6.- € excl. VAT/month for subscription
  • 1.- € excl. VAT/direct debit line, including download of the corresponding invoice

Charges billed by our partner Stripe

Stripe deducts its transaction fees directly from the transfer they make to you.

  • 0,35 € excl. VAT per direct debit
  • 3,50 € excl. VAT per failed direct debit (e.g. due to a lack of funds in your customer’s bank account)
  • 15,- € excl. VAT per dispute (e.g. your customer has contested the direct debit with his bank)

Handling time

Stripe announces a processing time from the due date you enter in Sepa’Pay. This time is shortened after a period of observation if your account is running smoothly.

  • 5 to 8 days to withdraw the amount from your customer’s account (which you can promote as additional payment time offered to customers who accept direct debits)
  • 10 to 15 days for Stripe’s internal processing and actual receipt of the sums due in your bank account
